This is a quite simple but effective exercise. Participants set out (with assistance) a set of actions that contribute to their personal well-being. Some activities are universal that most people do and other are specific to the individual. The set a target number of days per week for that activity and then track their progress throughout the week (digitally or on paper)
At the end of each week, they come together to compare experiences and celebrate their achievements. (We have developed an approach to involve housebound participants)
It is this coming together of participants that contributes to the drive and motivation to increase their well-being. There is a secret page where they can see each other’s progress. This site also has links to resources and information to improve well-being. This is a growing resource.
